Overview
WebNoticeActivity (Frontend Notification) is a node used to push notification messages to frontend pages in a flow. Inheriting from ActionActivity, it publishes messages via local event bus, which are received and displayed by the frontend Notice component.

Notes
- 💡 Supports referencing flow context using {VariableName} format
- 💡 Message does not auto-dismiss when Duration=0
- ⚠️ Requires Notice component integration in frontend pages
