Inbound Detection

Introduction

InboundDetectionActivity is a MES-specific inbound detection base class node that provides common infrastructure for various inbound detection functions. This node provides common methods for collecting material parameters, getting product state detection configuration, getting missing process detection configuration, getting duplicate code detection configuration, etc., for use by subclass nodes.

Configuration Items

This node acts as a base class and does not have direct property configurations.

Output Variables

Variable NameConstantTypeDescription
TraceMaterialModelsFlowItemCollection.TraceMaterialModelsList<TraceMaterialModel>Collected Material Detection Parameters

Business Logic

Provided Common Methods

1. GetMaterialVariableValue - Get Material Parameters

Collects material variables based on configuration. Checks cache first, then checks material detection configuration. If detection is enabled on product inbound, it extracts barcode variables from MaterialParameters, reads values via IFlowVariableService, and builds a list of TraceMaterialModel.

2. GetProductStateDetectionAsync - Get Product State Detection Config

Returns corresponding configuration value based on whether it is in inspection mode:

ModeReturn Value
Inspection ModeProductStateDetectionOfInspection
Normal ModeProductStateDetection + ProductStateDetectionOfCrossLine

3. GetMissingProcessDetectionAsync - Get Missing Process Detection Config

Returns corresponding configuration value based on whether it is in inspection mode:

ModeReturn Value
Inspection ModeMissingProcessDetectionOfInspection
Normal ModeMissingProcessDetection + MissingProcessDetectionOfCrossLine

4. GetDuplicateCodeDetectionAsync - Get Duplicate Code Detection Config

Returns corresponding configuration value based on whether it is in inspection mode:

ModeReturn Value
Inspection ModeDuplicateCodeDetectionOfInspection
Normal ModeDuplicateCodeDetection

Material Detection Trigger Conditions

Material parameter collection is executed only when the following conditions are met:

Config ItemValueDescription
MaterielStateDetectionOnProductInboundMaterial State Detection executes on product inbound
MaterielMissingProcessDetectionOnProductInboundMaterial Missing Process Detection executes on product inbound

Subclass Nodes

The following nodes inherit from InboundDetectionActivity:

Notes

  1. Base Class Node: This node is a base class and should not be used directly in the flow.
  2. Inspection Mode: Inspection mode uses independent configuration items, separate from normal production.
  3. Cross-Line Production: Some detections support extra configuration for cross-line production.
  4. Material Collection: Material parameter collection uses TraceId for tracking.
  5. Caching Mechanism: Material data is cached to flow context to avoid repeated collection.
