4. Best Practices and Precautions

Configuration Suggestions

  1. Label Naming: Recommend using the "Product Name + Usage" naming convention for easy management and identification.

  2. Station Configuration:

    • Different stations can be configured with different label templates and print counts
    • Can copy and delete station configurations through the right-click menu
  3. Data Mapping:

    • Data mapping will dynamically refresh based on the selected station and printer
    • Ensure all dynamic fields are configured with correct data types and variable rules

Operation Restrictions

  1. Template Dependency: Label template data is provided by the BarTender system, ensuring the BarTender service runs normally.

  2. Permission Control: Label creation, editing, and deletion operations require corresponding system permissions.

Data Description

  1. Pagination Display: All list data is displayed in pagination, with 50 records per page.

  2. Sorting Rule: Label records are sorted in descending order by update time, with the latest updated records displayed first.

  3. Search Function: Support fuzzy search for fields such as label name, product name, and station name.

  4. Barcode Generation: When printing is triggered, the system automatically generates corresponding barcode data according to the configured barcode generation rules.
