Process Configuration
1. Module Overview
Core Functions: The Process Configuration module is a core function in the LMES system for configuring production process control rules. It allows administrators to finely set quality inspection, information flow, and abnormality monitoring rules for different product models, recipes, and processes, ensuring standardized execution and quality traceability of the production process.
- Component ID: ProcessConfiguration
- Component Name: Process Configuration
- Component Category: run (plugin)
2. Function Introduction
Interface Overview
The Process Configuration module adopts a button layout. The main interface includes the following areas:
- Top Buttons: Provide quick switching of 6 major configuration categories
- Search and Filter Area: Located in the upper right corner, supporting quick keyword location
- Configuration Data Table: Display all product process configuration rules in table form

2.1 Filter Function
The Filter tab (selected by default) is used to browse the process configuration overview of all products. As shown in the figure above, the data table contains the following key columns:
- Product Model: Display the unique identifier of the product (such as "Log Test", "Test Product Model", etc.)
- Recipe Name: Associated production recipe (such as "Log Recipe Name 1", "Test Recipe", etc.)
- Process Number: Code of the specific process (such as "PLA_GX1", "PLA_GX2")
- Process Name: Readable name of the process (such as "GX1_Coil Automatic Unwinding", "GX2_Plate Cleaning and Degreasing")
- Configuration Status Columns: Each column displays the rules configured for the process (displayed in the form of "Main Product: ..." or "Main Product: Process A1, Process A2...")
The Search Box in the upper right corner allows users to quickly filter configuration records by "Please enter keyword".
2.2 Missing Process Detection Settings
Missing process detection is used to monitor whether products have missed required detection processes. Click the Missing Process Detection Settings tab, then click the "Missing Process Detection" column content of a row in the table to pop up the configuration dialog box.

As shown in the figure above, the configuration dialog box contains:
-
Basic Information Area:
- Display the Product Model currently being configured (such as "Log Test")
- Display Current Process (such as "PLA Stamping Line-GX1_Coil Automatic Unwinding")
-
Detection Configuration Area:
- Add Button (blue plus icon): Click to add new detection configuration
- Edit Button (pen icon): Modify existing configuration
- Delete Button (cross icon): Remove configuration item
- Data Table: Display two columns: "Detection Part" and "Detection Process Name"
-
Operation Buttons: The lower right corner of the dialog box provides Cancel and Confirm buttons
After clicking the Add button, the system will pop up the process selection interface:

This interface contains:
- Detection Part Dropdown: Select detection object (such as "Main Product")
- Process List Table: Contains two columns "Process Number" and "Process Name", each row has a checkbox for selection
- The list displays all available processes for the product (such as "PLA_GX1 - GX1_Coil Automatic Unwinding", "PLA_GX2 - GX2_Plate Cleaning and Degreasing", etc.)
After selection, click the Confirm button in the lower right corner to complete the configuration, click Cancel to abandon this operation.
2.3 Product Code Update Settings
The product code update function is used to specify which processes need to update the product code information after completion. Click the Product Code Update Settings tab to configure.

The configuration dialog box structure is similar to missing process detection, including:
- Basic Information: Display product model and current process
- Update Configuration Area:
- Toolbar provides three operation buttons: Add, Edit, Delete
- Table displays "Matching Part" and "Update New Process Name"
After clicking the Add button, the process selection interface pops up:

2.4 Product Status Detection Settings
Product status detection is used to verify whether products are in the expected state when executing specific processes. Click the Product Status Detection Settings tab to configure.

The configuration dialog box contains:
- Basic Information: Display product model (such as "Log Test") and current process
- Detection Configuration Area:
- Operation buttons: Add, Edit, Delete
- Data table: Display "Detection Part" (such as "Main Product", "MDI_1") and corresponding "Detection Process Name" (such as "GX6_Precision Trimming and Punching, GX7_Automatic Waste Slitting")
From the table, it can be seen that the same detection configuration can be associated with multiple detection processes, displayed separated by commas.
2.5 Product Status Detection Settings (Cross Production Line Segment)
When products need to be produced across multiple production line segments, cross-segment status detection rules need to be configured. Click the Product Status Detection Settings (Cross Production Line Segment) tab.

The structure of this configuration interface is similar to normal status detection, but the data table adds a "Detection Process Segment" column to identify which production line segment the detection occurs in (such as "PLB Welding Line").
After clicking the Add button, a cross-segment configuration form pops up:

This form contains:
- Detection Production Line: Dropdown selection box (required, marked with red asterisk), used to select the production line where detection occurs (such as "Cross Production Line 12")
- Detection Process Segment: Dropdown selection box (required), select specific process segment (such as "PLC Painting Line")
- Detection Part: Dropdown selection box, select detection object (such as "PLA Processing Product")
- Detection Process: Table form displays selectable process list
- Contains two columns "Process Number" and "Process Name"
- Each row has a checkbox for selection
- The list displays all processes under the process segment (such as "PLC_GX21 - GX21_Pre-degreasing Treatment", "PLC_GX22 - GX22_Hardening Treatment", etc.)
2.6 Missing Process Detection Settings (Cross Production Line Segment)
Cross-segment missing process detection is used to monitor whether products miss key inspections during cross-segment flow. Click the Missing Process Detection Settings (Cross Production Line Segment) tab.

The configuration dialog box displays:
- Basic Information: Product model and current process
- Detection Configuration: Table displays three columns: "Detection Part", "Detection Process Segment" and "Detection Process Name"
- The example shows that "PLA Processing Product" in the "PLB Welding Line" segment needs to detect "GX3_Servo Feeding Positioning, GX4_Multi-station Progressive Stamping" and other processes
The configuration interface that pops up after clicking the Add button has the same structure as the add interface for Product Status Detection (Cross Production Line Segment):

This interface also contains:
- Detection Production Line dropdown box (required)
- Detection Process Segment dropdown box (required, such as "PLA Stamping Line")
- Detection Part dropdown box (such as "PLA Processing Product")
- Detection Process list table, allowing multiple selections through checkboxes
2.7 General Operation Instructions
All configuration dialog boxes follow unified interaction specifications:
- Close Dialog Box: Click the × (close icon) in the upper right corner
- Confirm Operation: Click the blue Confirm button in the lower right corner to save the configuration
- Cancel Operation: Click the gray Cancel button to abandon this modification
- Data Empty State: When a configuration has not added any rules, the center of the table will display a "No Data" prompt
3. Best Practices and Precautions
Configuration Recommendations
- Start Configuration from Key Processes: Prioritize configuring missing process detection for quality key processes (such as first article inspection, final inspection, etc.)
- Status Detection Corresponds to Process Sequence: Ensure that the logical sequence of processes configured for status detection is consistent with the actual production process
- Cross-segment Configuration Requires Caution: Cross-production line segment configuration involves multiple production areas. It is recommended to sort out the complete cross-line process before configuration
- Regular Review of Configuration: When process changes occur, update process configuration settings in a timely manner
Precautions
- Required Field Identification: Fields with red asterisks (*) are required fields and cannot be saved if not filled in
- Multiple Selection Operation: In the process selection interface, multiple processes can be added at once by checking multiple checkboxes
- Configuration Effective Time: Configuration takes effect immediately after saving. Running production processes will execute according to new rules
- Data Integrity: Before deleting a configuration, please confirm that the rule is no longer needed. Deletion operations cannot be recovered
